Location is excellent, making it easy to navigate Omaha. The beds were comfortable, contributing to a restful night. However, staff interaction was inconsistent. the intake manager was rude, while the manager I spoke to upon checkout was friendly but unable to resolve my reservation issues. Additionally, the lack of breakfast service during my stay on the holiday was unexpected, contributing to a feeling of disappointment. The pool area is quite small, which may not suit families with children looking for a larger facility.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We loved the sparkling indoor pool and hit the well-equipped 24-hour fitness center. Plus, it’s a short drive to Shadow Lake Towne Center and Tregaron Golf Course for some fun. The breakfast was better than average, with fresh omelets and good coffee!

The only downside was our check-in experience. We waited a bit at the front desk, which was a little frustrating.

The walk-in shower design tends to create a mess, with water splashing everywhere, requiring multiple bathmats to manage the situation. Even with a no smoking policy, the lingering smell in my room suggested attempts to mask a previous tobacco odor, which was rather off-putting. Additionally, the hotel didn't provide shuttle service to local events, which was a bummer compared to other hotels in the area.
